Authenticity
Verify Your Product
1. Find the label
Look for the holographic / scratch-off sticker on the box or pack (usually on the back or side).
2. Scratch & scan
Scratch the silver panel, then scan the QR code or type the code on the brand’s official page below.
3. Something wrong?
If a product from us doesn’t verify, WhatsApp us a photo of the label and the result. We replace it – no arguments.

Al Fakher Crown Bar and some smaller disposable brands don’t publish an online code check. For these, buy only from authorised sellers and check the batch printing on the pack.
Signs of a fake
- The scratch-code was already scratched, or the brand site says the code has been checked many times.
- Price far below every authorised seller – fake pods and disposables are often sold 30–50% cheaper.
- Spelling mistakes, blurry print, missing nicotine warning or no batch / manufacture date on the box.
- Leaking or burnt taste from a brand-new pod, or a device that gets hot while idle.
- The QR code opens a website that isn’t the brand’s own domain.
