Orders confirmed before 4 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Parcels are packed discreetly.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short video of the fault. If confirmed, we replace the device free of charge, including delivery.

After 7 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. We manage the claim with the brand for you.

For hygiene reasons, opened pods, cartridges and devices that have been filled with e-liquid cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is at your cost; we refund within 5 working days of receiving the item.
